Global Covid cases are gradually approaching 636 million

The total number of worldwide Covid cases is slowly approaching 636 million.

As per the most up-to-date global statistics, the total number of cases climbed to 635,979,113 and the death toll due to the virus was 6,595,657 Wednesday morning.

The United States has recorded 99,400,959 cases as of now, while 1 095,646 people have been killed by the virus in the US and the world. Both of these are the highest numbers in the globe.

India’s daily Covid cases on Tuesday were reduced when compared to the previous day, according to officials.

According to the federal health ministry figures published on Tuesday morning 1,046 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported in just 24 hours, bringing the total of cases in the country to 44,654,638.

In addition, the country recorded 53 deaths related to the disease in the last 24 hours, which brought the total death count to 529,077 since the beginning of the epidemic, the ministry reported.

Additionally, Singapore reported 5,652 new cases of Covid-19 on Tuesday, taking the total to 2,108,024.

There were no new deaths linked to Covid-19 that were reported on Tuesday, so the death toll at 1,680.

Bangladesh has reported another Covid death as well as 94 new cases within 24 hours of Tuesday morning.

The new figures show that the total number of deaths in the nation climbed up to 29,424 and the number of cases jumped up to 2,035,334, as per the Directorate General of Health Services.
